I have just received treatment.I’ve just received treatment from Dr Apple and Nurse Evangeline . It’s fair to say that I’m an extremely nervous patient. But honestly I cannot stress enough how amazing these two ladies were with dealing with my nerves at the same time as dealing with the task at hand. It’s fair to say that I think my nerves are ingrained and always will be with me. But knowing how fantastic the care is here it will somewhat make my stress levels easier to cope with. Always great, professional service at Brickfields. I started going to this practice (even though they were not local to me at the time) during the latter part of the pandemic with a large cavity in my tooth after struggling to find an NHS dentist that was accepting patients and other practices constantly trying to force you into private work. Brickfields was more than happy to take me on as an NHS patient, but they are flexible with treatment options, meaning you can stick with NHS prices for most things, or opt to pay for treatments privately if they are not offered under NHS. There is never any pressure to go for the more expensive option either and your choices are clearly explained to you. My only gripe is that I’ve had the occasional appointment cancelled without explanation (other than an automated text) but this has been a rare occurrence.
